‘ANTIGONE – Centre on Information and Documentation on Racism, Ecology, Peace and Non-Violence’ is a Thesaloniki-based NGO with offices in Athens, founded in 1993. It runs a wide range of activities concerning “racism, discrimination, human rights, social ecology, peace and non-violent resolution of conflicts”. Antigone aims to foster a participative, democtratic and open society “through the cultivation of global values such as freedom and human decency, equal opportunities for all will be ensured, without any discrimination”.
