KulturTÜR is a multi-lingual Berlin journal made by, for and with refugees and their neighbours in the district Steglitz-Zehlendorf. The DRK Berlin Südwest project is funded by the district integration fund Steglitz-Zehlendorf (bezirklicher Integrationsfonds Steglitz-Zehlendor). The integration fund is a measure of the Comprehensive Programme for the Integration and Participation of Refugees of the Berlin Senate).The members of the editorial staff, many of whom have a migration biography, write about their everyday life of arriving and settling in Berlin, about the aftermath of the past, ideas for the future, obstacles, neighborly coexistence and other things. Some of these articles have been included in the We Refugees Archive, for example Khatereh Rahmani’s “My home – an unfulfilled dream” and Somayeh Rasoulis “Here in Berlin?“.
